Our ceramic nonstick coating is made without potentially toxic materials including PTFE, PFOA, and other PFAS (which are used in the majority of nonstick cookware).

Low or Medium heat is enough. Our cookware is heat-efficient, and high heat may result in burning the pots or peel coating off.

Do not heat empty for a long time.

The detachable handle should be removed when cooking. Handle is for moving purposes only.

Do not put the lid or detachable handle in direct contact with fire or heat source.

Recommended to hand wash to preserve the non-stick coating. Use a soft cloth or soft sponge, with dish soap and warm water.

If the cookware's silicone or pots stain, soak in warm water and dish soap. If stain persists, mix baking soda and vinegar onto the stain, and let it sit for 5 mins, then wash again.

Pots are dishwasher safe (except for the detachable handles). However, not recommend due to the corrosive nature of dishwashing detergent and potential product damage.

Use wooden or silicone cooking utensils only. Do not use metal cooking utensils to avoid damaging the non-stick surface.
